ZYN 10 Challenge – Terms and Conditions

1. To participate in the ZYN 10 Challenge (the “Offer”), purchase up to five (5) cans of ZYN (the “Product”) on or after 3/16/2020. Visit www.zyn.com/10 (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen directions to register and return to the website for each of the 10 consecutive days following your registration to complete the daily challenges. If, on the final day of your ZYN 10 Challenge you indicate on the Website that you did not enjoy ZYN, you will be eligible to print a personalized ZYN 10 Challenge Claim Form (your “Certificate”). Affix the bottom label(s) of up to five (5) cans of ZYN to the Certificate, and include your (optional) original itemized store-identified dated cash register receipt(s) with the purchase price of each can circled (each a “Receipt” or “Receipts”).

2. Mail your Certificate, bottom label(s) and (optional) Receipts to the address indicated on the Certificate, to be received by 1/29/2021.The itemized purchase price(s) indicated on your receipt(s) will be refunded, in the form of a check. Total refund will not exceed five times the average cost of one can of ZYN, as determined by the average can cost in the state of purchase as defined by AC Nielsen syndicated data, refund amount will default to the average cost of one can of ZYN as defined by AC Nielsen syndicated data. For submissions that do not include an original itemized store-identified dated cash register Receipt for each label, refund amount for labels not accompanied by a Receipt will be determined by the average can cost in the state purchased as defined by AC Nielsen syndicated data. If a Receipt is illegible or does not have the purchase price clearly circled, then the refund amount for such label will be determined by the average can cost in the state purchase as determined by AC Nielsen syndicated data. For all Certificates that include a Receipt, the exact Product purchase price will be refunded, minus sales tax and any coupons used, if applicable. If you do not have the original itemized store-identified dated cash register Receipt for some or all of your ZYN purchases, only send the bottom label(s) from your ZYN can as indicated above. All Refund Submissions must be mailed with sufficient postage. Do not mail Product lid or entire cans.

3. Comply with all other terms and conditions set forth below.
LIMIT ONE REFUND SUBMISSION PER HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS. Duplicate or photocopied Certificates, Product labels or Receipts will not be honored or acknowledged. Offer valid to new Website registrants only in the 50 U.S. or D.C., must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. or D.C., 21 years of age or older. Purchase up to five (5) cans of ZYN from 3/16/2020 through 12/31/2020. Product purchased before 3/16/2020 are not eligible for the Offer. Purchase date is determined by date printed on Receipt or as indicated on the Certificate. Refund Submissions from Post Office Boxes, commercial addresses, containing invalid, undeliverable or non-U.S. mailing addresses, incomplete or illegible or any Refund Submissions deemed invalid, based on these Terms & Conditions will be rejected and will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. Swedish Match North America LLC (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for printing errors or for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, non-delivered or postage due mail. Refund Submissions must include all required components listed in Section 2 above. Refund Submission rights cannot be assigned or transferred and the Offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Keep copies of all materials submitted because Refund Submissions become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Fraudulent Refund Submissions and/or use of multiple addresses to obtain multiple Refund Submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Sponsor reserves the right to substantiate Refund Submissions and request additional identification and/or documentation. Refunds will be mailed within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of valid Refund Submission. A third-party rebate fulfillment company processes Refund Submissions. Only actual purchasers of the Product may participate in the Offer. Offer not valid for groups, clubs or organizations, employees of Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, supplier, distributors, agencies, or the fulfillment company or their respective suppliers and/or distributors, and their respective employees. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute the Certificate and this Offer may not be published in any refunding magazine, website, or elsewhere without Sponsor’s written permission. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
